Topper Whitehead was one of the driving forces behind the Movement for Democratic Change campaigns in 2000 and 2002 but there are only two cables that mention his name, both about his key role in trying to expose how President Robert Mugabe stole the 2002 elections. Whitehead was deported in 2006 and could still be playing a key role in the MDC. Here are the cables on him.
