The complete Elton Mangoma Wikileaks cables

Elton Mangoma, a chartered accountant who has worked for some of the country’s biggest companies, was a founding member of the Movement for Democratic Change. He is the party’s deputy treasurer and currently Minister of Energy. Prior to the formation of the inclusive government, Mangoma was reported to be eyeing the post of Finance Minister. He was the MDC-T’s other negotiator with Finance Minister Tendai Biti. Though said to be a close advisor of MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai, there were whispers that Mangoma was really former General Solomon Mujuru’s man. There are 43 Wikileaks cables on him. Here they are.
