South African President Jacob Zuma’s advisor Lindiwe Zulu said the Southern African Development Community was going to hold a special summit this month to assess Zimbabwe’s readiness for general elections. The Constitutional Court ruled yesterday that the elections must be held before end of July. The summit will be held in the Mozambican capital Maputo, but no exact date had been set yet.
