Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai today said violence and intimidation by the military are hindering attempts to write a new constitution. He intends to discuss the problem with President Robert Mugabe. “Having carefully considered our position, I am going to meet with other principals to map the way forward. This process fails to pass the test of legitimacy, credibility and people-drivenness.” Clashes at the weekend have left one person dead.
