The Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition today said that the national referendum on the new constitution is likely to be held in April. It said if the parties followed the Global Political Agreement and the Referendum Act the draft constitution should be presented to Parliament and Parliament should conclude the debate within one month, February. The draft should be gazetted and there should be one month, March, to allow campaigns for either a Yes or No vote before the holding of a referendum.
