Only 57 vaccinated in Zimbabwe today

Only 57 people were vaccinated for coronavirus today though the county received enough vaccines for 200 000 yesterday.

Zimbabwe has vaccinated only 39 607 people so far yet it has doses for 300 000.

There was one death and 17 new cases today bringing the number of deaths to 1 508 and cases to 36 552.

Twelve people recovered raising the total 34 136, leaving 908 active cases.

Cases in Harare continued to drop to 450 but went up in Matebeleland North to 203, in Manicaland to 107 and in Bulawayo to 49.

Zimbabwe is slowly relaxing its lockdown measures and has opened restaurants and sporting activities but it has not re-opened its borders yet.
