The draft constitution will be presented to the parliamentary select committee on Monday for formal adoption. “After that we will wait for the opening of Parliament in the first week of February to present the draft to the legislators,” co-chairman of the select committee Douglas Mwonzora said. The constitution would have to go to a referendum and elections are now expected to be held in June.
