Nearly 20 years ago Mutare South Legislator Lazarus Nzarayebani said Zimbabwe’s 24-member cabinet was too big. He suggested it be reduced by half to 12. Today, Zimbabwe’s cabinet has 46 ministers including the President, his deputies and the Prime Minister. Perhaps the inclusive government could take a cue from Nzarayebani.
