Justice Minister Patrick Chinamasa today said Zimbabwe will not implement any security sector reforms because they are not provided for in the Global Political Agreement. “They (western envoys) are obsessed with security sector reforms an issue which is not found anywhere in the GPA. Any suggestion that some elements of our forces should be removed because they participated in the war of liberation is a non-starter. That is an issue not on the table and even our colleagues in the MDCs understand that it is just that they keep being ordered by their masters,” Chinamasa said.
