ZANU-PF spokesman, Rugare Gumbo, has called on party members to stop electioneering because President Robert Mugabe has not yet called for an election in 2011, reports said today. “Only after President Mugabe calls for an election can you all begin electioneering. I want to warn all of you that stern measures will be taken if you don’t stop now,” he said.
