Mobile cellular operator NetOne is reportedly suing the Reserve bank of Zimbabwe for an outstanding bill of US$805 996. Central Bank governor Gideon Gono was cited as the only defendant but in a representative capacity. Gono has filed a special plea at the High Court challenging his citation in the matter as the sole defendant.
