The British newspaper, The Guardian, today reported that President Robert Mugabe was plotting to assassinate South African President Jacob Zuma. It said it had obtained a document that said Mugabe had hired six Lebanese nationals to assassinate Zuma’s advisor Lindiwe Zulu and her boss Zuma himself. To add more spice, the Lebanese assassins are reported to have held a closed meeting with Zambian President Michael Sata before travelling to Zimbabwe.
