Leader of the smaller faction of the Movement for Democratic Change Welshman Ncube today met President Robert Mugabe and was reportedly told that ousted leader Arthur Mutambara would remain Deputy prime Minister. Mugabe is reported to have told Ncube that he would be consulting Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai on the issue and would report back within seven days.
