President Robert Mugabe today said Zimbabwe must overcome the perennial problem of failing to provide agricultural inputs on time in order to improve the productivity of new farmers. He also said the farmers must be paid fair prices that recognise their hard work. New farmers have started improving their output silencing critics of Zimbabwe’s land reform programme.
