President Robert Mugabe celebrated his 87th birthday today with conflicting reports about his future in the country. One report by a British newspaper said his health is failing and causing the country to suffer because important decisions cannot be taken without the Zimbabwean dictator. Another also by a British news agency said Mugabe is not likely to be forced out by a popular uprising like those in Egypt and Tunisia.
