The South African government today said it had issued permits to 133 331 Zimbabweans enabling them to legally remain in the country. Some 275 762 Zimbabwean nationals registered to legalise their residency in South Africa. The Department of Home Affairs had had adjudicated on 263 141 applications and 12 621 were still outstanding.
