This pushed the death toll to 879 and the number of those who have died in the past 20 days to 516.
There were 733 new cases bringing the total to 29 408. There have been 15 541 cases this month alone.
Harare had the highest number of recoveries at 559 followed by Mashonaland East with 376.
This reduced the number of active cases in Harare to 4 052 and that for Mashonaland East to 687.
The number of active cases in Manicaland, however, rose to 1 350 while that for Bulawayo fell to 556.
The total number of active cases dropped to 9 276.
Zimbabwe is under a 30-day lockdown which Health Minister Constantino Chiwenga who is also the acting President said might not be renewed if people change their behavior.
Globally the number of cases rose to 97.1 million with 25.4 million active cases.

South Africa now has 1.37 million cases. Deaths continue to increase and now stand at 38 854 but the number of active cases dropped to 170 160.
