The number of people using mobiles phones in Zimbabwe has risen sharply, from 12 to 56 percent, since the inception of the coalition government two years ago, reports said today. Information Communication Technology Minister Nelson Chamisa attributed this growth to the fact that ICT products are getting into the country duty-free, after a change in government policy.
