President Emmerson Mnangagwa will present his State of the Nation Address and open the fourth session of the ninth Parliament on 7 October.
This was announced by the Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda and President of the Senate Mabel Chinomona in the two houses yesterday.
Both houses adjourned to 7 October.
Zimbabwe’s next elections are now less than two years away.
