President Emmerson Mnangagwa has gone on leave until 5 February.
His Deputy Constantino Chiwenga will be acting president.
Mnangagwa went on leave from yesterday.
His spopkesman George Charamba said Mnangagwa will spend his leave in the country, mostly at his farm.
