The Movement for Democratic Change-Tsvangirai faction plans to take President Robert Mugabe to court over his unilateral appointments of senior government officials, reports said today. MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai said: “I am very confident, we have a legal case. The president acted unconstitutionally, and we maintain that position.”
