The party ordered its legislators to withdraw in protest against the recalling of four of its key members by the Thokozani Khupe led MDC-T on 5 May.
In a statement after the party’s national council meeting today, the Alliance said: “It is resolved that following consultation with our structures and constituents our MPs and councillors are to immediately resume their duties in Parliament subject to further review.”
Some legislators had, however, defied the order to withdraw from Parliament and attended committee meetings as well as Parliament itself.
The national council said it would deal with these legislators.
“Any persons who were deployed by the party who did not comply with the Standing Committee resolution to suspend participation in Parliament’s activities pending this resolution will be dealt with in accordance with the Constitution and due process,” the council said.
