Energy Minister Elton Mangoma was arrested again today on corruption charges. He is accused of forcing officials to cancel a tender contract for a power supply pre-payment system. Reports said Home Affairs co-Minister, Theresa Makone, whose ministry is in charge of police had gone into hiding for fear that she could be arrested.
