Prophetic Healing and Deliverance leader Walter Magaya, who is facing rape charges, was today remanded to 28 September when he appeared for remand.
Magaya is accused of raping a 25-year-old woman last year but the case only surfaced this year.
Harare magistrate Vakayi Chikwekwe today relaxed Magaya’s bail conditions arguing that the church leader was not a flight risk.
Magaya, who was reporting to the police three times a week, is now only required to report once a week, on Fridays.
