Expelled Movement for Democratic Change vice-president Thokozani Khupe’s application to the Constitutional Court to have her expulsion from Parliament reversed will be heard today, specifically to decide whether the matter should be heard on an urgent basis or not.
He colleague Obert Gutu said the case will be heard by Justice Elizabeth Gwaunza at 2pm today.
Khupe argues that Parliament should not have expelled her as there is a leadership dispute within the MDC-T and she claims to be the legitimate leader under the party’c constitution.
