Jonathan Moyo told no one trusts you any more- buda mubako ubike doro

Jonathan Moyo, who has been one of the staunchest supporters of Movement for Democratic Change Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa, got a backlash today when he posted a series of tweets in which he said no reasonable court would condone the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission’s gross misconduct without losing its credibility and plunging the country into illegitimacy and instability.

“Let it be said & said in the strongest terms without fear or favour, no reasonable court would condone #ZEC’s gross misconduct, which is clear & present, without risking losing its credibility & plunging the country into the abyss of illegitimacy & catastrophic instability!” Moyo said in the final of 16 tweets on the Constitutional Court case in which Chamisa is challenging Emmerson Mnangagwa’s victory in the 30 July elections.

The case was heard yesterday but the Constitutional Court reserved judgment until 2pm tomorrow.

None of the first 10 respondents to the final tweet backed Moyo, a strange twist to his former tweets when most of his followers backed him.

Nevondo Livhuwani told Moyo: “‏Jst find permant resident wer ever you are…”

Theprince tweeted: “Kwangovawo kuita kwewashaya kutsvaga uta mugate uku”

Muchy Matt told him: “‏You are not coming home as planned Jonso, you messed it up for Chamisa, you thought it was gonna be an easy ride, chikurubi is waiting for you.”

Chuwe Tavada Mugura said: “‏Noone trusts you anymore Mlevu. We know the reason behind this huffing and puffing from your hideout. Kumusha kwaita kure. Just come and bury the ZimDev Fund issue and move on.”

Pastor Marimo told Moyo: “Professor makanyanya” while someone going by the name UCHAPABVA USINGADI said: “buda mubako ubike doro”.
