President Robert Mugabe’s spin doctor Jonathan Moyo was accused in 2004 of masterminding what became known as the Dinyane coup, in Tsholotsho. He took ZANU-PF chairman John Nkomo to court for making those allegations. During the trial, the court was told that Moyo had become so popular that some women even had his name printed on their underpants. Here is one of the reports we had on the trial.
