Is Zimbabwe coronavirus beginning to level out?

Two more Zimbabwe coronavirus patients recovered yesterday bringing the total number of those who have recovered so far to 25 leaving those still active at 27.

Zimbabwe has so far recorded 56 positive cases including four deaths.

The last death was almost five weeks ago.

The Ministry of Health says 37 039 people have so far been tested.

The country is under a level 2 national lockdown which will be reviewed on Sunday.

Globally there are 5.5 million cases of which 2.9 million are active.

More than 346 800 people have died so far with the biggest number being from the United States where 99 300 have died.

There are still more than 1.1 million active cases in the United States, 17 000 of which are critical.
