A British online newspaper,Mail Online, today reported that President Robert Mugabe’s daughter Bona is now being groomed to take over from her father because First Lady Grace’s health is worsening. The paper claimed that Bona is Mugabe’s daughter with his first wife Sally. Although 31 people had commented on the story within three hours of its publication no one challenged the story’s authenticity. Bona is Grace’s first child with Mugabe not Sally’s, though she was born while Sally was still alive. The Mail Online is one of the biggest online publications in the United Kingdom and had an average of 14.7 million unique visitors a day in February.
