Central bank governor Gideon Gono today warned Indigenisation Minister Saviour Kasukuwere to stay away from his banks. Kasukuwere summoned executives from the four foreign-owned banks operating in Zimbabwe for a high-stakes meeting at his Harare office . They represented MBCA Bank, a unit of Nedbank ; Stanbic, a unit of Standard Bank ; and the British-owned Barclays and Standard Chartered banks.
