Deputy Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs Obert Gutu today questioned Mines Minister Obert Mpofu’s source of wealth after Mpofu concluded the acquisition of troubled bank, ZABG. Mpofu poured US$22 million to rescue the bank from closure after it had battled to meet the US$12.5 million minimum capital requirements.
