The Constitutional Court today postponed the hearing of an application to delay elections to consolidate the applications made by Justice Minister Patrick Chinamasa and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai since they did not want the same date. Chinamasa wanted the elections delayed by two weeks but Tsvangirai wanted a longer delay though he did not say when he wanted the polls.
