The draft constitution which will pave way for the country’s next elections will be tabled in Parliament today. The country is expected to hold a referendum and after that national elections but it does not have the money for both the referendum and the elections. Reports say the referendum is likely to be held next month or early April with the elections expected at the end of June or early July.
