High Court Judge George Chiweshe today gave Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai the green light to sue Robert Mugabe for unilaterally appointing 10 ZANU PF provincial governors without consulting him. Analysts, however, said the move was just symbolic as President Mugabe could appeal the judgment where it would take years before the case was concluded.
