The people of Matebeleland have always felt that they are not getting their fair share of the national cake. But could divisions among the people not be the major reason stifling development in the region. The Matebeleland Development Foundation was founded way back in 1998 but despite its grand plans it has failed to have any impact. Could this be because it has always been viewed as a ZANU-PF organisation which the general population does not subscribe to?
