Zimbabwe’s cost of living has just shot to $500 a month for a family of five. The Consumer Council of Zimbabwe today said the cost of living for December rose up to $499.96 pushed up by the food basket which had risen to $144.19. The items that went up included tea leaves, bread, fresh milk, and fuel.
