Constitutional Affairs Minister Eric Matinenga today introduced the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No 20) Bill, which will pave the way for a new constitution and elections. The draft new constitution was approved in a national referendum in March. Matinenga, however, asked for time to add a few details and present the Bill tomorrow.
