Back to my roots

You talked. I have listened. The Insider has come under attack for recycling Wikileaks stories that have been published and not coming up with original content as it used to. I have listened.

I will not be republishing any old Wikileaks stories from tomorrow onwards except as links to current stories. The only reason I am not stopping immediately is that some of the stories were pre-loaded.

I will, however, continue to with the Wikileaks series but even in this case, I will only be publishing new material.

I am therefore going back to the original idea of in-depth, well researched content and welcome any ideas on topics that you think I should look into or at.

Thanks to all those who have rightly advised that I was losing direction. It shows we have been together for a long time.

The Insider is a political and business bulletin about Zimbabwe, edited by Charles Rukuni. Founded in 1990, it was a printed 12-page subscription only newsletter until 2003 when Zimbabwe's hyper-inflation made it impossible to continue printing.
