59 Zimbabweans recover from coronavirus in one day, five test positive

Fifty-nine Zimbabweans today recovered from coronavirus while five, all returning residents from South Africa, tested positive.

The country now has 530 cases but 123 have recovered and six have died leaving 401 active cases.

Among those who recovered, 32 were from Harare, 15 from Matebeleland South, 11 from Mashonaland East and one from the Midlands.

Zimbabwe has tested 64 520 people so far.

Globally, there are now 9.4 million cases which include 482 000 deaths, 5.1 million people that have recovered, and 3.9 million active cases.
